Terms of service

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clear WMS service operated by Prod Vision (Roei Finkelstein, sole proprietor) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Clear WMS is a cloud-based warehouse management system provided on a subscription basis. Service tiers, features, and pricing are described on our pricing page.

Payment processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By purchasing a Clear WMS subscription, you also agree to Paddle's checkout buyer terms.

Free trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. When the trial expires, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused — no data is deleted. You may reactivate at any time by subscribing to a plan.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Paddle.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account is paused and your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

Refunds

Our refund policy is described in full on our refund policy page. All refund requests are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

Account terms

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the service for illegal purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prod Vision (Roei Finkelstein, sole proprietor) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
