Prod Vision (Roei Finkelstein, sole proprietor) (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Clear WMS service at clear-wms.com. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly when using Clear WMS:

• Account data: name, email address, company name, and role when you sign up.
• Warehouse data: inventory records, locations, transactions, and other data you enter into Clear WMS.
• Usage data: page views, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve the service.

Payment processing and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and acts as an independent data controller under GDPR for payment-related personal data.

During checkout, Paddle collects your name, email address, billing address, payment method details, IP address, and transaction records. We never have access to your full card or payment details. Paddle processes this data for order processing, payment, tax compliance, and fraud prevention.

Paddle shares certain buyer data with us (name, email, transaction details) under GDPR Legitimate Interests for order fulfillment and product support. We will not use data received from Paddle for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

How we use your data

Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

International data transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable, we and our sub-processors (including Paddle) use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU/UK data transfers.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 90 days for backup and compliance purposes, then permanently delete it. Transaction records may be retained longer as required by tax law.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request data portability
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

Clear WMS uses only essential cookies required for the service to function (authentication, session management). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
