Prod Vision (Roei Finkelstein, sole proprietor) (“we”, “us”, “our”) wants you to be satisfied with Clear WMS. This policy describes how refunds work for subscriptions purchased through our payment processor, Paddle.com.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Clear WMS subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the transaction is completed. This right of withdrawal applies to the initial subscription purchase and does not apply to subsequent automatic renewals.

How to request a refund

All payments for Clear WMS are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@clear-wms.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.
  2. Alternatively, contact Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.com/help.
  3. Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not provided, except within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.

Refund amounts

Refund amounts may vary slightly from the original purchase price due to tax recalculations, exchange rate fluctuations, or non-refundable processing fees applied by the payment provider.

After the refund period

Refund requests made after the 30-day guarantee period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to provide a refund after this period, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

If you have a complaint about our service or a refund decision, please contact us at support@clear-wms.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
